Hey my name is Michael I will be posting my workout and update of how I go along on my workout journey. I hope you enjoy. My goal is to have a lean body, cut etc.
- I find it hard to cut food intake, but since Ill be posting here it will be easy.
-Exercising everyday has been a challenge but I have made it here as a result of being able to do basic exercise
- I find that I have low energy, but the energy has increased as a result of being able do basic workouts
