He does 2 body workouts 4x a week and has been using the treadmill for 30 minutes after each workout in a split form (10 min on..20 min break..10 min on..20 min break..10 min on). He's trying to lose most of his fat in his stomach so he does ab workouts 3x a week (4 ab exercises per workout). Is this enough or should he be increasing/decreasing/splitting the amount of times he does treadmill and ab workouts? It looks like this:

Monday (Chest/Abs) -8 Exercises (4/4) + Treadmill
Tuesday (Rest)
Wednesday (Shoulders/Abs) -8 Exercises (4/4) + Treadmill
Thursday (Back/Legs) -8 Exercises (4/4) + Treadmill
Friday (Rest)
Saturday (Biceps/Triceps/Abs) -8 Exercises (3/3/2) + Treadmill
Sunday (Rest)
