    hi guys i was just wondering when i should drink my protein shake!! :P and how many times a day

    I dirnk one in the morning when I wake up, an hour before training, immediately after training and one at night.

    u generly want liqued protein right after you train, make it 20 gs of protein and 40-60 gs of carbs with no fat

    Postworkout is definetly one of the best times to consume protein shakes and I would recommend using them whenever elss you don't have time to eat a real protein source. Ideally, you want as much protein as you can to come from real food like chicken, beef, tuna, etc. but it's understandable with as busy as we are in today's world that we don't always have time or want to make a real meal for ourselves. That's when protein shakes become useful in replacing our meals when we don't have time. But even with that, I wouldn't recommend eating more than 3 protein shakes per day, but that's just me. If it works for you, then more power to you.

    i drink whey shake after my workout and a protein blend shake before bed. in about 2 weeks, i'm switching to a protein blend for both situations - more casein in the pre-bed shake though.
