hey all, i was reading the misc earlier and a few guys said they do a lot of facial exercises. could anyone tell me which ones i could do to bring out the jaw more?

Probably wants a stronger jawline to appear more "alpha". What is it about this forum that everybody is so preoccupied with being "alpha". Nobody wants to be delta or upsilon...smh. There are so many letters in the Greek alphabet. They wouldn't have had much of a literary tradition if they had all fixated on the first letter. Face presses and jaw extensions. Both on the flat and incline to work them from all angles...............

Not sure if srs but it pretty much comes down to genetics. Reducing body fat percentage may help to a point however for the most part either you're born with the "chisled" look or your not (unless perhaps you have a few thousand $$$ to spare for plastic surgery)

Isometrics against against neck resistance. The really old school Charles atlas routine worked the neck a lot.
Bigger neck= bigger jaw??? IDK just a thought.
