    Am I over training?

    long story short, mom's friend thinks im over training becuase im in the gym every day...i told my mom to forward my routine to him to prove im right

    but im pretty sure im not, input?

    Monday:

    7:30 AM Threadmill or bike for 30 min of hard cardio

    7-8 PM Karate

    9-(10:00 - 10:30) PM Chest/Triceps

    Tuesday:

    7:30 AM Threadmill or bike for 30 min of hard cardio


    Wednesday:

    7:30 AM Threadmill or bike for 30 min of hard cardio

    7 - (8:00 - 8:30) PM Back/Shoulders/lats/Biceps


    Thrusday:

    7:30 AM Threadmill or bike for 30 min of hard cardio

    7-8:00 PM Karate



    Friday:

    7:30 AM Threadmill or bike for 30 min of hard cardio

    7:00 - (8:00-8:30) PM legs day

    Saturday and Sunday Rest


    I know its alot of cardio but im cutting hard right now

    I also do abs every few days..usually a day after they stop hurting

    You can feel it when you're overtraining for sure. So no you aren't overtraining if everything is going alright etc.

    Training everyday makes no sense though. Every second day is better b/c your body needs rest.

    Talking

    In my opinion your not dramatically over pushing yourself too far apart from maybe Monday with the strength training,martial arts and cardio but that is 1 day and youve rested 2 days before.

    The next day is 30 mins cardio so your not putting heavy strain on muscles .

    And then on other days you have like 10+ hours apart from when you do a little cardio to the weight lifting.

    In my opinion your not really over training but a good sign would be
    Are YOU tired?
    Have YOU not made progress/slow in last few months at all?

    Its your body you can tell how it feels about all this but like I said I dont think you are but Monday must be a little tiring?
