MOBAs vs FPSs : Poll! (which do you prefer?)

i keep letting overthinking take over my enjoyment of gaming. I get a great buzz from playing FPSs but I always let the idea that I'm not young, with lightning reaction speeds, so surely FPSs are a bit dumb if I wanted to play competitively and enjoy them

I really enjoy league of legends, but yeah, I do feel that FPS games give a buzz that MOBAs don't give as much. Maybe I'm talking ****.

Anyway, if you personally had to choose between playing an FPS or a MOBA to scratch that competitive itch?
