Experts found going from no heat to moderate heat triggered worrying reactions
...this included a 10 percent rise in proteins linked to chronic inflammation

It is no secret that sizzling in the sun for long periods is bad for your health.

As well as the headaches and risk of heatstroke, sunbathing dramatically increases the chance of skin cancer, with 70 percent of cases of the disease linked to sun exposure.

But now, researchers have added two further serious harms to the list: heart disease and a wrecked immune system.

Which, I know more about that now (thanks, JLC) and yes - we can all agree it's something not to take seriously -- but that's kind of my point of the thread, the "scary" news titles, which normal people? That's as deep as many of them go. I had a buddy into IF text me the other day, and he's smart College educated guy, but had the damn headline for the "abstract" that the media ran wild with to screech about IF 'linked' to an 80% increase in heart attacks, he was wondering about that...
