I'm 5'10 183 pounds. I want to cut my weight to 173 by August. 10 pounds in 3 months should be doable, however today I realized I was hungry all day. I need something to suppress my apetite. Do coke zero's help? Since they have zero sugar and zero calories, could drinking a couple coke zero's help me eat less? Since they have zero calories, drinking 2-3 a day won't really block my weight loss, right?

I think it helps but more from the carbonation causing bloating.

Yes in the short term, but long term your brain gets used to the dopamine from the fake sweetness and you will crave more fats and sugars over time (ded fkn srs)

wouldn't say it necessarily suppresses appetite, moreso that it satisfies cravings for sweet foods/drinks so I guess in a way yes, but you'll probably still feel just as hungry. If that makes any sense. If it replaces any sweet foods, or better yet if it replaces any regular coke that you drink, it's a pretty good substitute.

why do people still believe the crap they do, in peer reviewed studies people drinking diet drinks ( moderately) achieved better weight loss than those just consuming water as it helped with satiety.
i find black coffee works well with water and the occasional coke zero

monster ultra's are good for diet suppression, they're 0 sugar and the caffeine and other crap they put in it i usually dont feel hungry for 4 hours on an empty stomach
