My gym is pretty done but thinking on a new power bar for the family to give me for Christmas.

Otherwise my time and effort is best spent on training effort in my gym and diet. Been lacking there of late.

I have been eyeing a replacement log for my 12-year-old or so homemade log bar…despite keeping it sealed, the bark has finally fell off, it’s showing cracks, and is lighter…will keep it though! If Titan lowers their log prices a bit more, I probably will grab one.

That's WAYYYY cooler looking than a steel log! I'd keep that one.

Ill get 1 of the following:

-30mm supercurl bar(or BWTG tricep bar) or stainless curl bar
    -Bumper plate set
    -Higher end cable attachments
-Adjustable bench that can be stored upright or a bench holder(cats keep tearing my flat benches)

Ive treated myself a used hammer strength FWAC and Matrix fw52, new texas deadlift bar and viking press attachment in the last 2 weeks so I will feel greedy buying too much...

You and Za78 said wagon bumpers... But I never really understood the point of wagon wheels.. Is it to overload your deadlift? Rehab? Make loading the plates easier?

Simulates a block deadlift, but without the block obviously.

Elitefts just put the SS Yoke Bar on sale for $315 + free shipping, Better than Black Friday promo. That's the cheapest I've seen it in a long time. Just a heads up. I already have a SSB or I'd grab it.

Sounds like they plan to sell out and not re-stock until after BF or will have a higher price for BF.

Fringe and Titan both started sales today.

I'm updating this page constantly this month, adding the EliteFTS sale now...

    https://www.tworepcave.com/black-fri...uipment-deals/

I'm going to try to keep an eye on certain categories too, like if anyone has benches on sale (I know Rep's are popular). As always I'm sure a ton of bars, racks and bumpers will be on sale everywhere.

Any requests for more sites or other things I should watch?

Well I ended up getting the Rogue 6-Shooter's, figured it wasn't going to ever get cheaper and the used market near me has been very sparse when it comes to nice plates.

Some of these may, or may not be a part of Black Friday deals, but here's a few home gym items I wanted...

    -Mech's belt squat attachment

-Powertec selectorized pin stack (to add on to the lat machine)

-Neck harness (any suggestions on a good quality one and if they're worth throwing in on certain rest days)

    -Maybe some various cable attachment(s).

Next on the wishlist. This specific model isn't available in the USA, but you guys have a lot of choices when it comes to this kind of thing anyway.

Have the Mech belt squat and love it. Great compact and stowable design.

I have a Spud neck harness. Solid enough as all their stuff is.

I really like the American Barbell triceps attachment I got. Quality piece. MAG attachments are nice but honestly med suppinate and wide are my favs. Others see zero use.

I've got a Super Centurion and a Super Katana on my wish list. Just ordered some Romaleo 3 XDs (don't tell my wife :P ) off Nordstrom Rack for $109. Hoping Lifting Large does a discount on a package.

I was hoping to see a good discount on an Eleiko XF bar on BF but an MRI showing a full thickness tear on my rotator cuff has really dampened my enthusiasm.

    1. Some top load Farmers Walk Handles
    2. Dedicated Dip Station, right now I'm eyeing the EliteFTS E-SERIES V-DIP STATION or waiting for a deal to pop up on a solid commercial piece on CL.
    3. Waiting to see if Rep Fitness puts the FB-5000 Comp Bench on sale for Black Friday. If so, I'll snatch one b/c I'd like to have a great flat bench along with my trusty old Hoist FID with custom pad.

I’f Imagine you can find dedicated sip stations on CL pretty easily. I got a para of y one for $30 and it’s damn good.

Second the FB-5000 with the fat pad. I have it and absolutely love it. The original pad it came with sucked but I suspect they improved it. I got the first iteration of it.

Thanks for the info, especially on the bench. There is a Legend dip station on my CL right now, but it's 57" tall. Too high for me to use in my basement.

Just decided to get the Edge Combo Bar (swiss and football in slim configuration). I'll hold on a new dedicated power bar (I have an old one and an Ohio bar anyway). Will give me more functionality.

The idea was really for a Christmas present for family to give me. Will likely order soon and it's going to be real hard to wait to start using it but oh well.

Haven't been able to "rep" many of you for a year or more...not for lack of trying.

C123C, sounds like a good buy, had I not gotten the football bar by Reps Direct, this would be my next choice due to the numerous amount of grips/variety to be utilized. Good choice!

-Neck harness (any suggestions on a good quality one and if they're worth throwing in on certain rest days)

    -Maybe some various cable attachment(s).
Paid $350 including shipping for the powertec stack. Worth every penny and pretty easy to install.
