I'm not an expert so take this with a grain of salt
1. Stop looking at the camera
2. Keep your head in a neutral position when you start. Don't look up.
3. I think your back is straight enough but I need to see the side view.
4. Stick your hips forward at the top. I think you are stopping short.
5. Pull your shoulders back a bit. That'll ensure your back is straight.
