I am 43 and this is the second time I have experienced this. I'm only 2 weeks into stricked training. This session will be 20 weeks long. Average 4 hrs training a day six days a week. I'm lifting heavy, hitting cardio hard, and am on a stricked diet. I'm not juicing. So that is not a factor. It has been a week since I've orgasmed and let me tell you it is not from the lack of trying. I'm married with an above average sex life. Has anyone else experienced this. This happened 2 yrs ago when I first started lifting heavy. With this session being so long the thought of 18 more weeks of no satisfaction is mind blowing.
Help??? Advise???

I dunno sounds like a lot of unnecessary time in the gym if your training 4 hours per day. Sometimes more is not better regardless of what your objective is in the gym.
I never have orgasms while training either. Although if I did, I would probably increase my frequency and duration too.

Strict diet? How is dietary fat intake (low fat can have negative effects on hormones).
Possibly not getting enough rest, which coupled with low fat can also be damaging to hormone balance/levels.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

Cutting (I'm assuming that's what stricked means) plus huge exercise load and you're surprised that things aren't working quite right?
1) Reduce training load to a more reasonable amount
2) Make sure your fat intake is high enough, 0.4g/lb+
3) Make sure you're getting enough sleep
Basically you're pushing so hard that your body decided to turn off non-essentials like the reproductive system.

Well, I haven't gone more than two days without an orgasm in over 40 years, so I can't help you on that. But my guess is that your body is trying hard to adapt to the new stresses of stricked training, and so reproduction instincts are probably being subconsciously minimized. The fight or flight response (survival instinct) will prioritize certain responses, and the sexual response is usually one of the first to be suppressed. Once your body gets more used to the new work you've called upon it to do, you'll probably relax and be back to your old orgasmic self soon.
