I recon this is your first time trying to get visible abs. Your problem is sometimes called ”stubborn belly fat”. Keyword is stubborn. The solution is to stick with the caloric deficit. Prioritize making it sustainable - you might need to lose significantly more weight than you expect. The body stores fat all over the body. Do a test. Grab a hand of skin from your lower back just above your waist. You might find significant deposit of fat there too which you might need to lose before the stubborn fat goes away.
The hard truth is that for many natties, crisp looking Jon Skywalkeresque abs will force your weight WAY down and will in many cases give you extreme food focus, high irritability, poor sleep, ED, and lethargy. If you do not have much muscle you might dislike your overall physique and just look small, malnurishef or even sick... YOU WILL BE A SHELL OF YOURSELF. But, you will find pride of reaching your goal, and maybe that is worth more to you? In that case keep protein high, weight train and stay in caloric deficit.
