    Need opinions please! Is this a good stack?

    Is this a good stack?

    White flood and hermavol(switch between the 2 stim and non stim)
    Creatine- allmax
    Protein- on whey(want other suggestions for this)
    Multis and fish oil- (which are best??)

    2. yes 5g per day for 30 days, 5g per day every other day after the first 30
    3. My other suggestions would be to look into some blends, Phase8, xf 2.0, pronom23 are my stables
    4. I use Controlled labs or animal pak for multi, Also use controlled labs fish oil or bb.com's High epa/dha one You need 2g of epa/dha per day

    Animal pak makes for a good multi, I'm a fan of Vita Freak as well.

    WFR + Hemavol is a great stack, C4 is another good option I like.
    Creatine Mono in bulk is your best bang for your $ no need to load
    Protein - ON Whey is a good protein, some other good suggestions would be BioX Power Whey Complex & CorWhey both great tasting and filler free.
    Multi - Orange Triad & Anavite are solid multi's
    Fishoil any high EPA/DHA aim for 2g/daily
