Are there any exercises/cardio that help more with reducing the size of your bum?
Or any to avoid for that matter.

Exercise science is still researching possibilities of fat spot reduction in targeted areas like say the abs on men. All the "studies" I've read have been from obscure independent researchers featured in what are really just a supplement advertisement masquerading as an article.
Much of the adipose tissue in men is either located above the gluteus maximus and minimus or above the lower torso. As far I know you can’t target the fat in specific areas. Maybe someone else has had a different experience.
