Hello, i am new to this forum. I am 15 years old 180ish 5'7-5'8 (chubby). I do boxing every other day or at least 4 times a week for an hour. They say you burn from 800-1000 calories a session. I also eat around 2k calories a day some days can be less and some days can be more. I was wondering how much weight can i lose??
