Hello people. I thought I would post my diet I will be starting and see what you guys think. I want to simplify my eating, and expediate the process of eating because I am a slow eater. I will be on liquid food. In the morning I will take all the food I want in my diet and clean, prepare, steam or boil it, and then blend it all together in a ****ing terrible tasting 'shake'. I will be splitting the resulting puke into 6 servings, mixed with water and 'eat' the servings throughout the day. Here are the ingredients that will go into my 'shakes', and therefore into EVERY one of 6 meals I will be eating throughout the day:
1 brown rice
2 quinoa
3 oats
4 collard greens
5 sweet potato
6 broccoli
7 onion
8 carrot
9 spinach
10 kale
11 eggplant
12 cucumber
13 asparagus
14 kidney beans
15 lima beans
16 chick peas
17 butter beans
18 mushroom
19 avacado
20 banana
21 apple
22 purple grape
23 pomegranate
24 blueberry
25 goji berry
26 almonds
27 hazelnuts
28 EGG
29 CHICKEN BREAST
30 olive oil (raw)
31 fish oil
32 WATER
33 maybe a little spice, a little salt, will see what works.
So what do you guys think? Best idea ever or what?
