Notes - I took 2 scoops in 14 ounces of water. The flavor is white raspberry, Id give it an 8, it was a bit strong, ill use more water tomarrow. Within 15 minutes, i could feel the tunnel like focus. The pump and energy were great. Got me through my cardio without being tired. Notes Noticed an increase in vascularity in the forearms today. Felt a bit less fatigue then normal too. Again, the focus was great. I started to feel tired after abs but i got through cardio no problem.

Notes Got back from work and was pretty tired, didnt feel like working out. I took 2 scoops as usual and i felt greata. Was not tried at all in the gym, i was suprised. Good vascularity, an ab vein is coming through i can (start to) see.

Notes - Coming home from work, took 2 scoops 15 mins preworkout. I wasnt too tired from work this time, but i wasnt exactly full of energy. I felt great on the way to the gym. Vascularity, pump, focus, all great! Wasnt tired at all during cardio. Good stuff so far!

Notes Seeing some nice bicep veins today. About ten minutes after i take this, i get the BA tingles and i love it. All i want to do is hit the gym after taking wf. I definately think this is better than the original formula so far.

Notes - Didnt do cardio today, dont really want to get any smaller. I definately did notice less fatigue, i usually get really fatigue on chest days, today was good! Busted out some extra reps. Vascularity and pump good as usual. Good stuff!

Notes Definately feeling less fatigue. Ive been eating a bit more and im gonna take a break from cardio for a while. The energy was great today, im usually pretty tired like 10 mins before my workout ends but with wf im not.

Notes This was yesterdays workout, my legs are very sore today. Good energy and a great quad/hamstring pump! I felt lightheaded after the leg press sets which was weird, but i got through it pretty good.

Notes Kind of a broken workout, didnt do as many sets because people wouldnt stop talking... I did 15 mins of walking and once again great workout. I just feel like going to the gym after wf, nice bicep veins and pump
