    Bulletproof KNees by Mike Robertson?

I know i just made a thread about Cressey's Assess and correct, but i was also interested in getting Robertson's Bulletproof Knees

I have the video/seminar on the book, but was wondering if the manual was worth shelling out $100 for?
    Are there many differences?
Does he lay out a rehab plan for you in the manual?

    Any feedback would be appreciated

Honestly mate, what's the point in making another thread for this when you already have a couple of nearly identical ones already?

No book/video/seminar is going to completely change your life, attitude or ability to rehab given the research you've seemingly put in to it, if it's a lot of money to you, don't spend it - If it's peanuts, grab it and let us know. The same goes for your other two or three threads.

It is usuefull for people who havent been training themself for a long time. Most of whats in there is common sense and can be found online but it is a good product.

totally agree with fluster, get one and actually do it then if your ready get the other one

$100 for a manual on how to keep your knees healthy!?!? Mike Robertson must laugh his ass off and call everyone a dumbass after they order it, who would pay that kind of money!?

On second thought maybe Isaku could use it...

Maybe better technique and pre-hab is what you really need.
