Yeah, I used to. My dad used to say how your going to get screwed in the ass after you stop taking them.

After a while though, they'll probably just see that they can't take you off it and just don't talk about it. But idk man, just put them somewhere out of their view and drink the protein when they can't see you so they don't bitch about it.

Personally though, my parents haven't bothered me about it for a while now because they know I use it and it just is what it is.

Multivitamin
Creatine (Also not an issue)

So basicly you're down to protein and a multi. If you can't take protein, eat more meat. If you can't take a multi, well, what the hell?

umm i got control over my parents cause i am smart and i can prove them wrong if they try to say it messes up ur body and crap like that. BUT yeah i no my mom will blame all my problems on supplements thats if i do buy creatine or whey

My parents weren't really happy when I started taking creating at 18. Now they don't give a ****, they trust me and know I won't abuse anything.

Initially, my parents were concerned. (Concern rooted in ignorance, to put it bluntly; consequently, the lack of understanding creates uncertainty and hesitance.)

I simply made it a point to show them my research and responsible, informed intentions in regards to supplementation. Over time, they started cutting me some slack and eventually they even became supportive. (I love topics of anatomy, physiology, and biochemistry though; I intend to go pre-med when I begin college next year. My constant research endeavors, fascination of and desire for understanding is one of the reasons behind their support.)

Granted the right individual, information, and presentation thereof - they can't resist rationality forever.

Haha, the "issue" has been pointed out before. It's easier for me to word things the way that I do when I'm typing and it tends to save a lot of space as a result. Typing has always been "formal" for me so I tend to keep it that way out of habit. (I generally can't pull this out of my ass when I'm actually speaking though - not as "complicatedly" as when I type, at least.)

protein powder, eco green ( its like a meal in a teaspoon), prohormones (which i buy out of my own pocket) i dont eat meals with my family or anything i have a shake 3 times a day. i havent eaten anything for 2 months now .

haha - i have to explain to them what alll my sups do in the body - and tell them that none of them are steroids (which they're not - im a natural bodybuilder) but the thing is....every time i get them out to either mix a shake or take a couple of tabs...they ask as if they've not been told before!!! this happens all the t ime!!!

Tell them: In order for you to reach optimum health, you must incorporate supplements into your diet.

Reason: Due To how corrupt the food industry is, companies are cutting corners and removing essential nutrients from the food you eat (Inorder to reduce costs). So unless they are buying you 100% Organic food, free-ranged meats, and locally grown veggies. You are NOT getting enough/any nutrients. Along with a bunch of chemicals your body does not know what to do with. Supplements will aid your body to rebuild, grow, and fight off outside illness.
