    spare some tips

    can anybody please hook me up with a good nutrition and workout plan ?? my main goal is 2 gain 10 lbs. an d just get in shape. i weigh 150. anything is appreciated!!!

    eat healthy, eat more, get enough protein into u and lift. Y do ppl try to overcomplicate such a simple issue. Iam pretty sure u know wut foods r good for you.

    just compute your needed calorie per day, and add 500 calories. eat more and more.
