Flat barbell : 5/3/1
Close grip : 5/5/5
Decline : 8/8/8
Overhead or face crushers : 10/10/10
21's training method ez bar curls with 35lb plates 3 sets
Hammer curls: 3/3/3
What do you think? I'll have the full report tomorrow

As far as the weight went today did as follows:
Incline DB's : 115's for 3 reps
Flat barbell bench : screwed up 255 x 0 reps
Close grip : 205 x 5 reps
Decline: 225 x 8 reps
1 hand pressdown : 90 lbs x 8 /w lockout pause
21's x 2 sets witth 87.5lbs ez curl
2 sets standing cable curls ( fist to temple) 110lbs x 3
Hammer curls : 75lb DB x 2 reps
Was very happy with my incline today(PR) , fairly deep ROM - obtuse angle
Not happy with everything else, lol. All weights you see here
Are of course last working set for said exercise. Going back tonight for some

Heavy Chest today....
Flat bench 265 x 2 reps ( no spot)
tried out them boards but didnt like em. talked to my bud and supposedly powerlifters use them but the trick is u gotta put on mad weight. haha i tried it on 265 and im like wtf is the point of this so i just threw the board away and pressed it twice. anyways next heavy day will try and board press 295 for a few see what happens
edit: 2 board, not 3 or 4. with my arch is like 2 inch ROM anyways with 2 board.... lol

had a bad day today. went in early gassed out on a small breakfest but did OK i did mainly 2 sets per once it set in.
flat bench : 250lbs (plus clips) x 7 reps (25lb increase in 2 months)
incline DB's: 95s x 7
decline bb : 225 x 8
incline flys : 80s x 8
lookin forward to a brutal back day tommorow.
