    Help with supplements/meal replacement?

    im trying to lose weight so,i walked into a gnc store and a worker offered AMP Amplified Muscle Meal i was wondering if its good?
    or how about whey supplements i see a lot of reviews about that?
    any recommended supplements?

    Im 5'6
    270 lbs
    i do 30 min Cardio and 1hr of weights three times a week

    Not for you my Friend.

    You're 5'6 and 270lb. You have a hundred pounds of fat on your arse that is probably going to kill you in the next few decades. That's not a problem that's goign to be solved with a meal replacement drink and a couple of glasses of whey protein.

    Get on the exercise bike for an hour a day for the next 12 months, then come here & tell us all how it went. We love stuff like that.

    No need for supplements. Just by setting your daily caloric intake to 500 less than maintenance and by doing resistance training, you will have set yourself up to lose weight.
