im trying to lose weight so,i walked into a gnc store and a worker offered AMP Amplified Muscle Meal i was wondering if its good?
or how about whey supplements i see a lot of reviews about that?
any recommended supplements?
Im 5'6
270 lbs
i do 30 min Cardio and 1hr of weights three times a week

Not for you my Friend.
You're 5'6 and 270lb. You have a hundred pounds of fat on your arse that is probably going to kill you in the next few decades. That's not a problem that's goign to be solved with a meal replacement drink and a couple of glasses of whey protein.
Get on the exercise bike for an hour a day for the next 12 months, then come here & tell us all how it went. We love stuff like that.________________________________
