I’m more concerned about my throat than any fatigue. This strain is known to have lingering sore throat and cough which seems to be what we are experiencing. Dr said he’d send over antibiotics if it’s still there next week.

I remember back in the day when first ever doing bodybuilding, I’d get sick and the sore throat and cough lingering for weeks because I kept doing the Arnold bodybuilding routine.

I 100 percent listened to the body.

I did 1-set yesterday as a gauge to see how I was recovering. It was just enough to get a bit of stimulation which told me I was good for more, but no o certainly didn’t do anymore.

Today I didn’t do any gauging, there was no need to, yesterday did the trick.

Tomorrow is another day.

Now one thing to NOT do with Covid is push it on any cardio. No No No, you don’t want to be messing with the Heart.

Alas, I gave up coke in the 90's and it was diet Coke with it's evil ass purtine or something ruthlessly evil. 5th surgery in 3 years and who's counting *cough* @ID butt this one will reduce suboptimal breathing protocols (mouthbreathing) by a whopping 36% at least that's what the brochure said. The other 4 were need 'em's and grateful to have got 'em. Of course they will be covered in granular detail in the book. As will this place. *cough*

MTP Dude, that breathing book was the final piece needed to pull the trigger. Or in this skull, I mean case, slam the hammer. Not a huge fan of elective surgery but this will move the needle in the big picture, quality of life scale. I dont think I'll ever forget that feeling with the hammer and chisel upside my skull experience. That was GNARLY AS FUK and frankly, I had no idea that was aboot to happen. I was expecting gentle sculpting shaping and tucking. Sure as $hit not mining for gold thru my nose ports! That's my mining ports! Anyways, prolly for the best I didn't read that part of the brochure cuz I dont believe I would have gone through with it, at least not conscious.
