ooo Fun. I've never tried any of the Beast products so far but the logo often catches my attention.
I haven't been taking BCAAs as much anymore but before when I had them often it was during workout and whatever was left after. Would usually not be fasted because I would go to the gym after work and my shifts were 2-10:30 pm. They were a nice addition to the water, a little flavor and it seems like I rarely ended up sore. Even though I've been lifting for a few years now, I didn't have much for doms when I had the BCAAs as part of my day.
As for not training on day off, it's the same year around. Nothing exciting, just spending time working on novels. I have a couple that need edited, one ready for submission and at least 5 that I'm working on the first draft. Doesn't make for an exciting image but the things that go on in my head, whole different story. ;-) I write fantasy, sci-fi, young adult, contemporary and even some rather adult stories. They all vary and at least keep me entertained.

Nice promo. I have not had the opportunity to try BEAST's BCAA product, so I'd love the chance and will certainly complete a review.
I train fasted every morning at 4:00 am, and follow an intermittent fasting protocol. BCAAs have been a staple of my supplementation regiment due to this. I'd like to see how BEAST's BCAAs compare to others I've used.
My favorite activity to participate in besides running and lifting is whatever my daughters are doing. They are 10 and 7, so they are always getting into something! Haha. Right now, since I'm a teacher, we get to enjoy each day together since it's summer. I'll post a pic showing an adventure that we've been on this summer once I get to my computer at home.
Hope everybody has a great Tuesday!
Edit: Here ya go. This is a pic from our latest trip to Disney World a couple weeks ago. It's our favorite place to go, and we try and get down there every chance possible, usually 4 times/year. The girls love Star Wars, so we had to go by and see Chewbacca once again. We also got to meet Kylo Ren and BB-8. Catherine, my youngest, also decided to train with the Jedis, and got to fight Darth Vader. Of course, she won! I'm not sure why the picture flips when I try and embed it, so I'll just leave it as an attachment.Last edited by drooks10; 07-12-2017 at 08:54 AM.

I'm an early morning lifter: wake up at 4:30am, to the gym by 5:30am. So I take BCAA's with my pre-workout which I sip on until about 5am. I find BCAA's digest much better than a protein shake, and I'm able to trigger protein synthesis through BCAA's so I'm a happy camper.
My favorite activity in the summer is definitely camping. My most recent camping trip:
Gym Lifts / Competition Lifts (Raw, kg)
Bench: 152.5 / 120
Squat: 182.5 / 175
Deadlift: 235 / 225
Best WILKS In Competition: 355.26 - 83kg class

I have been experimenting lately with mega-dosing BCAAs. My training cycle has really picked up and I feel like I've had some success with better recovery as a result of mega-dosing. I take my first serving in the morning before fasted cardio, then later in the day during my lift, I also take BCAAs between meals spaced ~4 hours apart, and then usually a serving before bed. I've never used Beast Sport's BCAAs though and I'd love to try them. Tropical Breeze sounds delicious.
My favorite summer activity (other than training outside) is hiking. Here's a picture from a recent hike in a Georgia state park:

Freaking fantastic, Eric! Can't believe I haven't spotted this until now.

I use BCAAs intraworkout. Depending on the flavor strength, I'll add in a drink packet as well (preferably with some coconut powder for hydration). Aminos keep me going through my 45-60 minutes of hitting it hard (and BCAAs better than complex blends). They help me keep my strength up by supplying an instant dose of energy, and help me keep my rest times down so I can get through it without dragging my arse.
The other time would be an extra scoop in the afternoon 2 hours after a meal and 2 hours before another (if I time it right) after a particularly tough workout session in the morning, for extra recovery.
we love summer road trips
and staying at nice hotels
and whatever comes with it, theme parks, seeing the sites. anywhere we can take pics and make memories!
Thanks for the opportunity!

I love to use BCAAs intra. I usually workout for up to 1hr 45 min and the BCAAs help keep me pushing through the last sets, especially on a heavy day. I usually don't have a preworkout, but don't train in an actual fasted state. So the BCAAs help give an extra boost.
Off days...hmmmmm. Anything outdoors is my favorite thing. Especially exploring. Don't know if I like the mountains or the coast better here in Oregon. They are both amazing. Check it out!

Not sure if reps can apply, but I'd be more than willing to leave a review anywhere you need me to if it helps!
I work out first thing upon waking, so I typically mix a scoop with my pre workout or carb drink before my workouts, than I usually have another scoop during my workout.
For awhile I was utilizing the Layne Norton protocol for BCAAs and had great results, but that's a lot of product haha

Sure you can, it's test support. Depends on your goals. If you want to add lean mass and lose some bodyfat it could be a helpful tool. I wouldn't make it permanent though, more like a cycle or two (8 weeks on, 4 weeks off, 8 weeks on, then see where you're at.) Not saying you should, but you could However, my reply really just meant to indicate Beast quality, which the guys at the local stores seem to favor.
SUMMERTIME!! Gotta enjoy what you can. I hope your deployment is somewhere not hot.“God will not have his work made manifest by cowards” - RWE

I've used a couple of Beast products over the years and for me I liked their stimulant
based products such as their OG Beast Mode that came in a black container cause
that one you could really feel the nootopics and the focus was very good also their
thermogenic that came in caps then later in powder was also good to use for PW energy
and focus. Most recently I've tried their Beast van protein and it's been a unique van which
I've enjoyed drinking post workout as well as using in a couple of recipes but drinking it has
been the way I've enjoyed it most cause of the unique van flavor.
I wouldn't mind trying out samples of Beast BCAA's and giving an honest store and forum
review and really any flavor will do but Beast has always had some pretty good Fruit
Punch flavors so I'm up for some Beast Punch.

I use BCAA's mostly during my training sessions, but I also include a serving with my pre-workout supplement and I take a serving after my workout as well. Perhaps I "overdose" on BCAA's but I feel like they have really helped in my recovery and helped me to bounce back as quickly as possible to train again.
My favorite summer activity is definitely hitting the beach with my wife and sons. I love spending our Saturdays together at the beach soaking up the rays.
