So probably everyone in fitness industry knows the term muscle memory, most athletes that stop the gym and then go back tend to get muscle faster due to muscle memory, the thing is when you stop working out, muscle shrinks and the its just pumps back up for more size and weight.
My question is, if u lose muscle not due to unuse but due to a cut which means instead of getting smaller, it really gets eaten, DO YOU GET THAT MUSCLE FASTER?
I mean should be easier to put it back since if you lose muscle you get farther away from your genetic potencial anyway but do you get it faster trought muscle memory or no?
