Hey guys,
I'm Justin and I'm new to CORRECT training. I've lifted on and off since like 16 (I'm 21 now), but just recently I've been reading research and gaining knowledge on how to diet and train correctly. I have a few questions though. I'm nearing the end of my cut (I was 5'10 225 30% BF), and I'm at 5'10 180 12% BF. I'm ready to bulk. My question is: What should my weight gain rate be? I understand newbies can gain 20-25 pounds in a year...is this correct?
