Late 50's needing support to start strength training
Hello! My name is Richard and I'm looking to start strength training and could use some support. I've had gym memberships in the past but never used them. In 2017, I lost 70 pounds. I've managed to keep it off but I've gained 20 pounds in the last year. Would be grateful for support and encouragement and ideas. I go to the gym and have no idea where to start. I need a workout that is easy and fun so I stay engaged and don't get bored
