Im 18 year old male, been lifting for about 4 years, Started back in sophomore year when i started Wrestling. Within the last year ive taken bodybuilding really serious, with a strict diet and training program. Im currently a college student studying Kinesiology and Sports and Fitness Nutrition.

Goals
My goals for this stack will be to add mass strength and endurance. I would like to add around 5lbs of muscle which would be amazing in a 4 week period, also i would like to add 15lbs to my compound lifts and around 5-10lbs to isolation exercises.

I finally got the products in today, pretty excited, only for 5 more days until i start em up.
Anyway i was wondering what AEN reps thought about using 7.2 gs of BA on WO days and 4 on rest days for the first week just to get my carnosine levels on the rise, then weeks 2-4 just go back to recommended 5.2 a day.Last edited by Adawg4929; 02-19-2008 at 03:16 PM.

Not sure if there is much research to show this, but I am thinking spreading doses would increase the absorption and increase carnosine levels quicker.. at least most nutrients work this way.
Also I would guess including more around workouts would be a good idea to get it into the muscle better and increase carnosine levels quicker too.

Update
I will be starting the cycle tomarrow, and will be dosing it how its out layed below. I will be changing my workout around a litte, i will be pyramiding up instead of pyramiding down and i will also be going a bit lighter for the first week to make sure form is 110% and try and make each rep last 6 secs.( 4 down 2 up). Also i will be trying my best to get my "before" pictures up within the next couple days. Anyway im excited to start tomarrow and want to thank AEN for picking me to be a tester.

Workout Comments: Today was a good workout, i dropped the weight to try and get the best form possible. Through out my chest workout i got a good stretch and contraction, felt good on all the weights. Also now im pyramiding up so i got a bit better pump then usual, my arms went really good and i got a pretty big pump, overall awesome workout.
Supplementation Comments: Intrabolic tasted horrible, i had a hard time drinking it. I had about 30oz of water, it tasted really watered down and i couldn't taste any apple, i jsut got a really bad after taste. After about 4-5 sips it wasn't a big deal anymore, and i dont think it should bother me. Also i got pretty bad tingles so i opted to take IntraXcell later in the day instead of post workout.

Workout Comments: Today was another great workout. Ive already noticed effects from intrabolic, usually i get very sore but today im not as sore as i usually am and i got just as good a workout as usual if not better. Anyway todays workout was real good, pyramided up in weight and went lighter then usual. Overall everything is goin good.
Supplementation Comments: I measured my cup and i was actually using between 20-24oz, i used it again today and added some ice and it tasted just fine(but i do get used to stuff pretty quik). Anyway everything is going fine and im gonna start trying to use IntraXcell as close as possible to postworkout

Damn thats really funny... about 5 min before i read this i was noticing i was incredibly thirsty and went and chugged 24 oz of cold water now im just sippen on another 24. But yes im noticing im more thirsty, i also noticed that today during my workout my arms looked small but after workout they looked very full.
