I believe the pain I'm experience in my shoulder/pec is due to an inflamed tendon; I am icing and stretching the area daily now and planning on stopping chest and shoulders for a while. Anyone know of a supp that could help with inflammation (aside from advil). Thanks!

Motrin should do the trick. My wife is a doctor & that she has always recommended for me whenever I experienced any sort of inflammation.
