Posted a week or two ago about getting my labs back with high liver enzymes and kidney function slightly off. Just curious if there is an herb or supplement that could help with my Liver?
Thanks!

There are certain vitamins to repair your liver such as Vitamin C, B-Complex and Q10.
*Go to the bathroom, flex in mirror and forget to pee crew*
*Shave one of my legs and pretend it's a girl in my bed crew*
*T-mobile worker laughed at me because only had one number for 5-friends/family list plan crew*

I appreciate your responses and agree on checking with my Doc. I think he believes a lot of the problems could be stemming from diet and supplements which I'm not sure is the case. Either way, he wants to do the test again in a couple of months to see if anything changes; which is why I was wondering if there is something I can take to assist my liver.
Thanks again.

If you exercised intensely too close to the blood draw, your 'liver enzymes' could have been elevated giving the false impression of a problem. This is not an uncommon occurrence and wouldn't require supplements rather it would require refraining from intense exercise for at least several days before doing a retest.
I've been through the whole business of high AST/ALT and had to have an ultrasound when in the end nothing was wrong. Just something to keep in mind.

Wow, thats good to know; I never realized exercise could produce such results? If I wasn't feeling fatigued ALL the time I wouldn't be so concerned about it. I've been thinking through all my supplements wondering what could be causing it if isn't related to fatty liver or some other medical problem.
