    Queries .. Please help

    Hey guys, i am beginner and have two questions on which i need guidance from you guys

    1) Two months ago, i started gym after little break from job and all that, in job days my schedule is full packed n i don't find single hour to continue gym. After two months, unfortunately i have to leave gym due to stringent schedule back in action. Please suggest, what can i do to maintain least weight hitback until i am again in action with gym. As it seems, i will not be able to join gym before December ?

    2) Moreover, later during gym, i felt pain in my right wrist and i had to skip one or two days from exercise. I want to ask whether it might be that i am doing some exercise WRONG. or should i do some exercise for wrist so that heavy weight lifting don't hurt wrist . please advice. I AM QUITE WORRIED ABOUT IT
