George Floyd was in the custody of Chauvin and Chauvin had a legal duty to follow established protocols. He chose not to and as a result he was charged. Had he followed those established protocols and Floyd died Chauvin would not have been charged.

I can understand that you don’t agree with him being charged, I agree with you to some extent as well. I think he was wholly overcharged and absolutely should not have been charged with unintentional murder.

3. Floyd had no problem communicating. If you're suffocating you can't yell and talk.
