It was normal procedure to restrain Floyd because he was resisting arrest, probably in conjunction with excited delirium (EXD), an episode of violent agitation brought on by a drug overdose, typically brief and ending in death from cardiopulmonary arrest

Floyd died of OD (period-not up for debate)

Chauvin was charged with Floyd’s unintentional death for not providing medical care. As I said in a previous post. Not following established protocols

He stated he could not breathe long before being held down, Chauvin had no way of knowing how much Fetty was in his system.

The official autopsy did indeed give cardiopulmonary arrest as the cause of death, and stated that injuries he sustained during the arrest were not life-threatening.

That’s why he was charged with

    -Second-degree unintentional murder
    -Third-degree murder
    -Second-degree manslaughter

i think if darren wilson did what he did post 2016 then he'd be in jail with Chauvin.

obviously in any serious country michael brown and ******** floyd deserved death, they were scum bag criminals. But of course this is America and we have jews at the helm and a Jew media that protects its pets, and blm blacks love to have their low IQ gentlemen running around rampant terrorizing regular people.. then they get all upset when when one of them gets killed by a cop.

this country man, its very ****in retarded. diversity is gay, blacks need to go back to africa
    jews back to israel

Does not matter what he was charged with, the trial was theater..you seem not to understand this. The autopsy report speaks for itself.

Chauvin was a retard autist who at the VERY LEAST needed to be fired

Floyd was a 42 IQ drugged, violent retard who needed to be AT LEAST locked up for life

Chauvin knew Floyd was probably dying from drugs, he knew the guy for years and knew how retarded and drugged up he was, his knee is NOT what killed him, Floyd killed himself by chewing up a fenny patch and Chauvin helped him die by holding him there on the ground and not calling the amberlamps

he KNEW this retard was having medical issues, but was too much of a proud retarded pig to listen to the people watching who were telling him Floydtard was dying so he sat there with him on the ground longer

its well documented that cops will do the opposite of what everyone tells them to do

tl;dr chauvins knee didn't kill floyd, floyd's fen tanyl and chauvins pride did

I can understand that you don’t agree with him being charged, I agree with you to some extent as well. I think he was wholly overcharged and absolutely should not have been charged with unintentional murder.

There were countless other charges that fit this situation better

Given the political climate, how could he not have been convicted?

GOD I hate you low information CNN consoomers. So clueless. So emotional and devoid of facts on topics....
    This.

You can tell immediately when someone has never looked into something on their own. Just regurgitating what their favorite media outlet feeds them.

    1. Knee was on upper back, not neck.

    2. Not even all his weight was on him as evident by his other leg position.

    3. Floyd had no problem communicating. If you're suffocating you can't yell and talk.

    4. Not exactly to their department's training when dealing with subjects with ED (excited delirium), but pretty close.

    5. Floyd had a lethal dose of fent in his system.

    6. Independent autopsy confirmed he died from complications due to overdose of fent.

    7. Chauvin was never going to get a fair trial. The mainstrean news is full of propagandists. Their viewers are sheep that parrot everything they hear.

    8. If you want to make an example of police not doing their job correctly or violating someone's rights, there are plenty of examples that would have been a better sell. But as usual, emotions rule with simple minded people.
