Bench 130kg (+10kg PR)
Deadlift 185kg (+25kg PR)
Second meet results:
Squat 175kg (+5kg PR)
Bench 140kg (= PR)

Everything moved pretty well considering.
bench
132.5kg x3
142.5kg x4 REP PR
120kg 2x3
The only bench in the place was getting used by a couple of neds having an afternoon chit chat so had to bench in the rack which meant changing all my setup. Hey ho. At least I had safety bars. Kinda. Couldn`t really get a good brace as had to have my feet on the bars.
Pleased with this. 142.5kg x3 is around 150kg x1 which is my lifetime best PR so can`t complain.
Right shoulder is quite tight now though.
