    $10k/month of free cashflow would probably require at least $2million invested in my area. Not mortgaged, around $2m of paid off properties

    Big numbers when you consider how *easy* it is to make $120k+ per year through regular employment

    First two moving out last year was by chance, they always paid rent on time it was great. That's how its been the whole time up until about 8 months ago

    The two I got this year ended up being awful renters and broke as hell.

    One of them still owes me $1100

    Times are for sure much tougher financially for most now..

    I decided I'm not renting anymore, srs

    Are you just going with REIT funds or stocks/index funds?
