We all know that visualizing the working muscle groups during a set is key to getting gains. Just out of curiosity, which method of visualization do you guys prefer?
1) Light Weight (Ronnie Coleman style) - this is where you picture the weight as being light as a feather and it almost just flies up on its own.
2) Very Heavy - picturing yourself lifting 200lb dumbells during curls, when they're really only 40's. Makes you think you're a beast.
