Fasted cardio VS end of day cardio

The title states it.. I’d love opinions on this.. I’m starting split workouts this week and will either start my day with fasted cardio, or weights. If I do weights in the AM, I will obviously do cardio in the PM. Is cardio fasted really any different than cardio at any other point of the day??
