What would you guys recommend for a solid "weight gainer" powder? I'm pretty lactose intolerant so heavy non-isolate wheys tend to get to me and i'm finding it tough to find a good protein powder I can use . Any thoughts?

I don't take preworkouts often, but when I do I still warm up for about 10 minutes before I start lifting. My question is, do you guys warp up after your preworkout drink? or do you skip the warm ups?
