Am I doing it right?

Whenever I go out and have beer or liquor, the next day I appear flat and thin, beer/liquor dehydrates the sh!t out of me. Last night I had roughly 10 Heinekens and 4 Cap & Coke and today I look flat and I "feel" thin :( Does anyone else gets or feels this way?
