The last time I slept for longer than 2 hours was very long ago. I usually just take power naps and that is about it. I think I need to rest. I am noticing the effect of no sleep on my training as recovery is taking longer than usual.

we all like to think we can respect other people's opinions, live and let live, different strokes different folks etc but are there any common opinions that people in society hold that you just can't respect at all??

such an underrated show... it's very surreal comedy but the writing is tight af, and visually it's spectacular, especially season 2. wish original comedy shows like this were still being made. X3s9RVg2STY I'm old greeeeeg, motherlicker!

You people dont get it. I reckon its 40 hours a week minimum after youve done the legwork. If youre like me and starting off fat and with other various problems that are outstanding its like 80 hours a week.
