Do you guys just not feel hunger or do you feel it and tolerate? Every twink I know can lose tons of weight very quickly. How do you guys do it? When you eat say 1500 cals a day to lose 3 lbs a week, you're starving much of the day. Do you not feel that or it doesn't bother you?
