How do you Meal Prep?

Since the body is made in the kitchen, I've decided to try the meal prep methodology. My question is, what itinerary do you use? Do you insert the ingredients into a container and then cook the contents when the time comes? Or do you cook the ingredients as a batch and then insert the meals into...

Stagnation

I decided to write to you and ask for help. I have been training for more than 4 years now, and I realized I didn't progress much in this time. Little back story: I have been a farily fat kid (105 kg at age 15) and than I lost a lot of weight quickly with strict diet and I became skinny...

Sanity-Check of my diet

Hi guys, It would be great if any of you could take a quick look at what I'm trying to achieve and how, to make sure I'm not missing anything since, as weird as it seems, I'm on uncharted territory for me when it comes to cutting. (Well "cutting" for my standards as in stopping to bulk. I'm not...

Muscle on a deficit as a BEGINNER

I keep seeing that you need to be in a surplus to build muscle. This has not been my experience because despite not eating enough calories or protein (I lacked knowledge when I started) I still gained 20lb of what looks like pure muscle mass since starting 6 months ago. (I am still under 10%...

Poll Poll: Is it better to eat cheese or fruit?

I'm on a lower carb diet where I eat more meat and no grains, but I find it hard to follow it without either going keto with high fat cheese, or doing the standard paleo diet with fruit but no dairy.

health

Nutrients provide nourishment. Proteins, carbohydrates, fat, vitamins, minerals, fiber, and water are all nutrients. If people do not have the right balance of nutrients in their diet, their risk of developing certain health conditions increases.

Post Macros - Are carbs and fats necessary?

Hi there, I have a question... I'm currently on a small calorie deficit of 1750, where 160g (640 cal) is protein. Could I "disregard" my carbs and fats and only focus on my daily calorie intake and making sure I meet my protein macros? This would give me a lot of freedom in terms what I...

why are my macro and calories calculations all over the place?

I'm a 32 year old male who's 5 foot 8 and I haven't gone to the gym in a few weeks after working out for over a year and not seeing results. I assume I wasn't eating enough. I'm trying to bulk and I looked at the nutrition thread and for instance it suggest at least .7g of protein per body weight...
