    I am Juggernaut Challenge 2014

Hello all, my name is KayLee and and I've been lifting for a couple years now, but more consistently over the last 5 months. I'm now starting to see huge gains but I really want to tone up, so it's time to take the dieting and supplementation seriously too. One of the biggest hurdles has been gaining the knowledge of proper lifting and nutrition and the motivation to stick with it. I'm looking forward to learning more and passing it on. Good luck on your 2014 goals everyone!

I’m 27 and work for the Army National Guard full time. I get to take three hours of physical training a week during work and either go to the gym by my house or the gym on base. Can’t wait for it to warm up so I can do cardio outside.

The workout tracker on my bodyspace does take a long time to load everything. Does anyone know of a quicker way?

Beefcake66, yes I am huge into metal music. My National Guard Unit is the Army Band and I play drums for the rock ensemble and in my personal band. I get warn out playing drums after leg or shoulder days haha.

For logging workouts, i generally just use a paper and pen, and update the bodyspace when i get the time to.

I'm a pretty big metal fan myself!! I'm a guitarist/bassist though, but since I injured my thumb and wrist in the past, I'm not really able to play much of nearly as well as before. I'm in the process of getting some skillz back so I can hopefully form another band!! I miss it so much!

    ROCK ON!!

Well, while we're on the subject of music, what's on everyone's workout playlist and what program do you use? I use Spotify and my workout playlist includes (to name a few): Sevendust, Red, All That Remains, Black Tide, Lamb of God, Decyfer Down, Breaking Benjamin, Nonpoint, and Killswitch Engage.

On the subject of supplements, I've been taking:
Pre-workout: I’ve cycled on and off N.O. Xplode 2.0, C4, and now taking Juggernaut HP crimson punch (so good!). I have some caffeine free N.O. Xplode 2.0 which I take in the rare case that I get to the gym late.
BCAAs: Started with Xtend, then Tri-Pep, and now finishing up some Aminocore. Interested in taking Infinite Labs BCAAs in either capsules or powder. Anyone had the unflavored powder and have any input on it? I’d rather have unflavored than some of the nasty flavors I’ve had. It looks like I might give the Infinite Force watermelon a try after seeing the reviews.
Whey: Always drank Optimum Nutrition’s whey protein until I tasted Infinite Labs whey isolate in chocolate. Just got another container of the IL regular whey since it’s cheaper and tastes the same.
Other supplements: I’ve been taking a women’s multi, CLA, calcium and omega 3.

If anyone else has any suggestions on supplements, I’d really appreciate it. I’d be interested in a women-friendly fat burner.

HA... I write my workouts down then put them in here. I am also a metal fan. Right now Meshuggah is the top of my music rotation.... I used to play bass back when I was growing up and through High School, gave it up along time ago.

    What would you consider women-friendly?

I've tried a lot of different types of fat burners and honestly theyre kinda crocks of poop. The best thing to expect from them is appetite suppression and increased energy, they won't make fat magically disappear. That's what a good diet's for!

As for the metal Music.... Right now I'm killing 'Attila', I'll post an obnoxious youtube video later probably in my log... I'll be rocking it while I workout. Also enjoy more hardcore/punk influenced metal like 'A Day To Remember', 'Woe is me', and... well the list goes on forever. If you can stomach those three then I got plenty more to share!!
