    Skrak's InfiniteLabs Juggernaut 2014 Challenge

    Hi there! My name is Brandon and I am going to do the Infinite labs Juggernaut challenge this year!

    I turned 40 this year and with 4 kids and a new job I've been just crazy all year.

    I lift 5 days a week and will continue to do that the big changes for me will be on the nutrition end and well as adding supplements.

    I will log my workouts as well as daily macro intake here.

    My starting stats : 6'5 , 260# , 20% bf


    Wish me luck!

    Thanks! I'm hoping to lose about 10% bf during the challenge. Weight doesn't matter to me, but I'm guessing that will drop me into the 230 range.

    Glad to see you enter the challenge Brandon. 6'5", wow that's tall. Deadlifts and squats will be more difficult because of your height (farther distance to travel). I am a fan of the big 3 lifts. Good luck on your goals. Looking forward to seeing you reach them.
