My wife thinks I'm going a little crazy with all "This Bodybuilding Stuff", I spend too much on supplements, I workout too much, I complain she doesn't cook healthy! WTF!
But a while back after taking a shower and realizing there were no clean towels in the bathroom cabinet, I casually walked naked through the house to the garage, while she's sitting on the couch. When I come back through, she says "Wow, whatever it is your doing with your workouts, it's working, whoo whoo!" LOL

LOL I can agree with her on the cooking thing... my man ever said I wasn't cooking to his satisfaction, I'd never pick up a damn pot or pan again. Don't tell her, help her do it with you! But other wise I can agree on that.. People snark at it until they see it in all it's glory! I tell people I may be the girl who looks good with her clothes on right now, but wait till I'm the girl who looks good with them off!

I see all great things with you during these 12 weeks! When you start to blog, think and make videos of your journey that only amplifies your motivation to keep pushing forward! I'm excited for you about your changes!!
If you are distressed by anything external, the pain is not due to the thing itself, but to your estimate of it; and this you have the power!

Monday 1-6-2014 (Official Day 1) My Journey Begins!
How you do'n fellow Juggernauts!
Monday 1-6, (Yesterday) was my official start to the I Am Juggernaut Challenge. If the rest of this 90 days goes the way this one did, it's going to be a interesting ride!
Juggernaut HP Review
Mixing = 9.9/10 (Only because there is a tiny amount of sediment at the bottom of the cup, maybe I need to shake/stir it more.)
Taste = 10/10 (I love the taste of the Orange Flavor JHP, it reminds me of a better Tang, the drink of Astronauts!) LOL
Focus = 10/10 (The focus you get from Juggernaut HP, is just awesome, I really find myself concentrating on whatever muscle group I'm working on, and making sure I get that squeeze at the top of the movement!)
Pump = 9/10 (I really don't notice HP giving me anymore of a pump than I normally get, I don't if it's just me, or not!)
Fatigue = 10/10 (This stuff goes on and on, long after my workout and I don't crash, and even feel a little refreshed after working my ass off!)
Strength = 9-10 (I find JHP makes me push myself for more weight, more reps, or even that slow eccentric movement of whatever exercise I'm doing! Awesome!)
Meals (Nutrition)
Now I warned you in my video that my nutrition was going to suck to start out, since I'm still recovering my finances after the holidays, so bare with me, please!

Tuesday 1-7 day 2 juggernaut'n it baby!
What's Up Juggernauts!
Tuesday 1-7, (Yesterday again) was day 2. I'm hoping to get this down so I can post these the day of, instead of the day after! LOL
Today was one of those days when work just plain sucked! You know the kind of day, that when someone comes up to you and asks "How's it going?" and all you can do is roll you eyes and walk away! That's the day I had yesterday! It started bad and just went down hill from there, the job just getting worse, and the person in charge of the truck stop I was at just kept adding to the BS, and it turn into a long, no break, no lunch day! Got home in time to eat and go to bed! OUCH!
Juggernaut HP Review, Cont.
Mixing = 9.9/10 (Not as much sediment at the bottom of the cup today, but it doesn't bother me at all.)
Taste = 10/10 (Love, Love, Love the Orange!)
Awesome!)

Wednesday 1-8 Day 3 (Still A JUGGERNAUT)
Wednesday 1-8-2014 (Day 3)
What's up everybody, HUMP DAAAAYYYY! Whoop Whoop!
Not a bad day, except my butt was dragging a little bit this morning, not that I wasn't motivated, just felt a little more tired than usual! But I made it through the day, and on to the next. Today was a boring day at work, which is okay with me, I just drive to a store clean things up and say "Later!" I can take my time, no pressure, no one looking over my shoulder, and no need to check in or out with anyone.
I love those days, but they do move a little slow.
My daughter was on a road trip for the last week or so, and she's back now. I kinda missed her, but it was nice having the house to ourselves again! When I got home and grabbed my stuff out of the work van, I locked my only keys inside, SH*T! I called the fleet shop, but no answer, so now I will have to call in the morning! LOL
Can't go any where without a ride!
Juggernaut HP Review
Mixing = 9.9/10 (I may just have to change this to 10/10, cuz I think it's just a matter of taking the time to stir it up!)
Taste = 10/10 (I love the taste of the Orange Flavor JHP! What about a "Pineapple/Mango flavor???)
Focus = 10/10 (The focus you get from Juggernaut HP, is just awesome, I really find myself concentrating on whatever muscle group I'm working on, and making sure I get that squeeze at the top of the movement!)
Pump = 9/10 (I don't if it's just me, or not!)
Get to do some grocery shopping this week, so I hope I can get some better meals together!
Pre-Workout
1 cup, Coffee Black
1 scoop, Protein Powder in milk
1 scoop, Juggernaut HP (Orange)
2 capsules, Infinite Labs Final Form
2 capsules, Infinite Labs Final Cutz
Intra Workout
Amino 1
Post Workout/Breakfast
2 scoops, Protein Powder in milk
1 scoop, Creatine
1 scoop, AI Reds & Greens
1 pack, Animal Flex
Meal 1
4 small corn tortillas
4 slices American cheese
4oz Chicken Breast
Snack 1
2 scoops Protein Powder in milk
Meal 2
Panda Express
Orange Chicken & Fried Rice (I know, I know, but we didn't have much in the frig and the wife wanted this, I was just starving and wanted ANYTHING!!!) LOL
Snack 2
1 scoop Protein Powder in milk
WORKOUT
Chest Press @ 130lbs = 4 Sets of 15 Reps
Dumbbell Decline Press @ 50lbs ea = 4 Sets of 15 Reps
Chest Flys @ 50lbs ea = 4 Sets of 15 Reps
Hanging Leg Raise @ BW = 100 Reps
Ab Crunches @ BW = 100 Reps
Oblique V Ups @ BW = 100 Reps
CARDIO = BEACHBODY'S INSANITY
Cardio Power & Resistance 45 Mins (Ya Buddy!)
This cardio stuff is tough, for like the last 3 to 4 months I wasn't really doing any, cuz I was concentrating on trying to put on some mass. Now that I'm at 203lbs, trying jump around and do some cardio is rough, man!
But I think it will pay off in the end! When I'm Shredded! LOL
100 of these will get going!
Then add 100 of these!
And that's after these,
And these!
Talk to you guys later!
I gotta go workout!ERIC WHITEHEAD

Wow!! Great log so far!! Glad you realize that you need to work on your nutrition - you plan on tracking your macros are just eating healthy? Personally I like tracking - at least at first so you get a general idea where you are at with your macros. If you need any help let me know - the best way is to post on my log because with all the logs going - it may take a while for me to get back to yours.Certified Personal Trainer

Helluva log Juggerbro. Guess there won't be too much nude walking through the house with the daughter back home. My daughter would lock herself in her room for days (after running through the house screaming she had been blinded) if she saw me do that. My son on the other hand would probably just join in. Keep rockin out brother.

Thanks Bill,
That means a lot to me, coming from you! Right now I'm not paying real close attention to my macros, while I do track everything in My Fitness Pal, I'm mainly just trying NOT to eat any crap! You know, Nacho Cheese Doritos, Cookies, Ice Cream, the stuff I love! LOL I'm still waiting for a chance to shop for a few things that will help plan ahead on meals, and stay on track a little easier!ERIC WHITEHEAD

My daughter would scream and do the same as yours, my sons are too lazy to do anything! LOL
But it's all good I can wait till I get this challenge is done and I'm Rock'n 10% body fat, then I'll wait till the daughters not home and it will be "Naked Eric, On Parade!" LOL

Thursday 1-9 Day 4 Juggernaut Challenge
Thursday 1-9-2014
I think I finally got caught up with posting on the same day! We will see how long it lasts!
What's up everybody, not to bad of a day today, I got a late start because I locked the keys in my van and couldn't get in touch with the fleet department till this morning! Took the tow truck driver an hour to break in! LOL
Day 4, Whoop, Whoop! It's getting close to the end of the first week, how cool is that?
Juggernaut HP Review
Mixing = 10/10 (I think I finally figure out the mixing.)
Taste = 10/10 (Orange all the way!) LOL
Awesome!)

Still not the best, but I'm working on it! Really! I am!

Cardio Power & Resistance
Not a bad workout, considering I was TOAST at the end. I don't why buy my legs are not up to snuff with cardio. Man, most of the way through the legs feel like lead, and my calves feel like their going to explode! LOL
I thought I was in better shape than this! I hope as the weeks go on, they get better!
So far this challenge is awesome! I hope everyone is enjoying themselves, I know that we all sometimes get down on ourselves for not following our plan, or not progressing fast enough! But, lets just focus on the fun part, and let everything else fall into place!
I know I start all this fitness stuff to avoid getting to be a pudgy old fart, with a belly the size of Santa's, but I kept doing it because I actually started to like it! It's FUN for me, and even I think I a little strange for saying that, but it's true, and I'm sure the rest of you are like me, in that even if we weren't doing this challenge we would still be working our butts off to stay in shape.
So I say "Let The Fun Begin", and "What Challenge?" I'm here just to hang out exercise and meet some new friends, Right!
Here's some workout fun!
And another, LOL

My wife says the same thing. Until she see's the new me and looks at old pictures of me. Then she realizes all this time I spend everyday. Is for an actual reason and it is getting results. I have the problem however of my wife making amazing filipino food. LOVE IT...ok except things with ginger root in it. So hard to turn my back on it and eat some boiled chicken and veggies.
