Listening I lost a lot of weight and you know the loose skin.
I succeeded to replace everything by the muscle.
On the other hand in Keto, I feel flat and in more because the muscle is empty I have...
If we mix Keto and 40/40/20 that works ? :)
For example, we eat carbohydrates +Prot until 3PM then from 3PM We eat Prot+Fat. No insulin in the night :)
I say to you today, my friends, so even though we face the difficulties of today and tomorrow, I still have a dream....A topic of former fat for seeing their evolution.
