thats fine, in fact your first time on keto it's preferable that you wait two weeks before carbing up.

We knew the world would not be the same. A few people laughed, a few people cried. Most people were silent. I remembered the line from the Hindu scripture, the Bhagavad-Gita; Vishnu is trying to persuade the Prince that he should do his duty, and to impress him, takes on his multi-armed form and says, 'Now I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds.' I suppose we all thought that, one way or another

People reccomend that you wait 2 weeks for your first carb up. Some people even keep that mantra for the whole diet.

Two weeks before your first carb-up. After that, go by the frequency and intensity of your workouts. One a week is fine if you lift very hard very frequently. If there are gaps, then once every ten or 14 days might be better.
65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.

I guess this would be a cheat, right?> Just ice-cream and cake.. OR should I go all out and eatr a box of donuts, a box of shreaded wheat, and a loaf of bread?
For some reason, Im starting to feel guilty about doing this, because I have been pretty darn good, and afraid I'll lose my progress..

You won't lose progress from 1 day of carbup.
I will be doing a carbup later today too and I know not to weigh myself around carbup times because of the large fluid fluctuations.

Don't use this as an excuse to binge. So what if there's cake and ice cream in the house, it doesn't mean to you have to eat it. If you're serious about this cut, then this is an excellent test of willpower.
Make yourself some baked sweet potatoe fries and a bowl of oatmeal with cinnamon and Splenda. That should fill you up.

I didn't mean to come across as rude or elitist. It's just that I know how much work you put in EVERY SINGLE DAY on your bike and I read how seriously you take this diet and how badly you want it to work.
Now even though today is a celebratory day for you and your family, why take one step back when you've taken all these steps forward?

I didnt take it that way!!! I know what you r saying.. The meat Loaf is going to be hammered down though, I made it keto friendly.. But Its fat, so I CANT eat carbs if I wanted.. So, Im stickin to my Meatloaf, Brocilli, 1 sip of pepsi, and salad.. What if I chew up the cake and ice-cream, but spit it out? ( NO HOMO ) LOL, had to say it..
