How do bodybuilders get to 3.5% fat in such a short period of time?
Is it walking all day? and doing low intensity exercises?

what makes you think its in a short amount of time?
Just diet until you ghet there.. when u start getting real low thats when walking is beneficial.. its a fight to preserve all your muscle mass..
i have no problem cutting to sub10% and keeping all my muscle but after about 7-8% it start to get harder..
U just gotta keep at it..

Just watched Jay Cutler interview and he goes he loses allot of body % after bulking heavy in 3 months time. Thats a pretty short time considering they go from like 12-15% to 3.5%...Since hes endoring the MuscleTech line (i.e. has to consume MuscleTech products only?), I dont think MuscleTech offers steroids n all that crap?

define short.. I was under the impression they they do it over 3-4 months. starting from high single digits already.
I thought it was all about whittling away patiently, not creating too much of a deficit. They are professionals though, so I would take that as meaning they're good at what they do.

Don't confuse endorsements with reality. That's true in just about anything, but *totally* true in the junk supplement business.

True that. This happens all the times, athletes endorse products but that doesn't mean crap about if they use them or what not. They are there to show off the product and not actually use it.

I wouldn't pay much attention to what someone like Jay Cutler does, unless you are an untested pro or simply interested in them.
Look at what natural pros do, like Layne Norton. He has a contest prep guide on bb.com, and this may be of interest, his journal for a contest prep he did.

3 things to keep in mind
1)he's starting of lean (11.8%BF)
2)He's not doing it quickly, he's taking 20 weeks.
3)He's more dedicated than you and me combined.

Also think about how much muscle mass they have compared to most people, the more muscle there is the faster your metabolism......

i don't think many pros use DNP.. t3 tren and clen absolutely. i've used it but every competitor i've talked to about it thinks i'm out of my mind
