Well i keep track of my workouts everyday so i figure i might as well post them up on here. Currently i am working with Alberto and loving every minute. As a lot of you know i competed almost 7 weeks ago at 172 lbs. this morning i woke up at 175.8. The goal is to stay between 175-180, id like to be closer to 180 =), Then get ready to step back on stage October 1st for the Great Lakes Natural Iron man.
Current Macros are 475/200/65
Current split
Legs/Heavy Calves
Chest/Tris/Cardio
OFF
Back/Bis
Shoulders/Light Calves
Cardio
OFF
So far im loving this split. Before i was lifting 6 days a week and this new split has really grown on me. As for cardio i have started running outside as i will be running in a local race smack dab in the middle of prepping for the show. So for cardio i am either running outside or doing some form of HIIT.
I do take Sundays off from weighing out all my food and just kind of eye ball everything, Its a nice mental break from the everyday grind.
I will post up some new pictures Friday or Saturday

hey man how have you been dealing with the post show emotions? I remember you saying some things about it being a bit hard on you after you completed your show. Hope all is well and I'll be keeping an eye on this here thread.

The first few weeks after the show sucked big time. All i wanted to do was smash that damn food scale into a million pieces. With bertos help we got through it and im FINALLY starting to feel better. I wouldnt say im back to 100% yet maybe 70-80% but i am feeling much much better.
After this next show ill be using the food scale as a clay pigeon. After October 1st my hunting season starts so that leaves me little room to weigh out and plan my meals. You are not here to make friends

lmao bro.. ME TOO!!! he is a GOD that bloke.
I'm not sure about you, but for me I had this broscience mentality to carbs and how I thought it made me fat. Now I can eat a choc bar (yep, IIFYM) and LOADS of carbs whenever I want! As a result, I'm on 500g of carbs nowadays and getting LEANER during off season? isthisrealife!!?!?!?!?!?!!!!!
I can't wait to your next showing bud, should be even more epic. Doing it for team 3DMJ!- <30 weeks out with 3DMJ & -Berto- to the 2014 Victorian INBA Victorian Titles.
