maybe evan is doing the right thing to take some time off to grow. This picture does it for me. Jay is ridiculously huge. all this time people said stuff like you have to see him in person. He is much thicker and a little bit bigger than Evan Centopani who is like one of the biggest guys from the current pros.
their heads are pretty small not srsGrainy hardcore religious slabs of thick dense muscle. So grainy that it hurts your eyes

Actually on a serious note, I've worked out with Evan, never Jay though. The advantage goes to Jay in muscle quality. It's difficult to explain but older guys just have it. They say BBr's come into their prime 30+. Call it muscle maturity, whatever. Older guys just have that harder, more grainy, just better muscle. It only comes with time.
Evan is light years ahead of most guys his age. He'll do well in time.

they look the same height if you count jay's hair. This shot would probably make evan feel awsome holdin his own against the biggest guy in the world

they both look really good even has a bright future ahead of him, also if i was jay i wouldnt fuk about to much trying to add 20lbs of muscle at this point of his career, if it goes wrong and it often does he may end up looking like $hit on stage, he has a winning formular from 2009 i dont know why he just dosnt stick to that and try to copy that look as much as he can, trying to add 20lbs and keep that conditioning will be hard, the only pro i can remember adding a lot of muscle and keep or even better the conditioning he had from the year before was ronnie coleman in 2003, sure jay is pro who knows what he is doing but imo its too riskey...........thats if it even is really jays face book anyway lol.Originally Posted by asylumz

Lol besides chest Jay is not dominating Evan. If anything Evan's arms and forearms beat Jays. Delts and traps are about the same. The chest is where jay beats evan. I'd even give delts to Evan. If anybody wants to see more pics to make some judgement here you go.
