Furthermore; please use this thread for discussion of quality food, banter and other diet talk are certainly welcome but there are seperate sections of this site for eating disorders, specific dietary recommendations, etc.
As a courtesy, it's nice to label your pictures when the contents of the dish are not obvious.
and Provide the recipe due to the amount of picture quoting and people saying "hey brah whats the recipe" Make it simple, and be helpful to others who want to contribute.

Cellucor Cinnamon Swirl 2 Minute Pancake

Recipe
Dry:
34g Cor Performance Cinnamon Swirl Whey (1 Scoop)
Dash Splenda
Dash Baking Powder
Wet:
50g Almond Milk (1/4 Cup)
Topping/Filling:
Walden Farm 0 Calorie Syrup
Cinnamon
Fat Free Cool Whip (If Desired)
Directions
1. Pre-heat skillet to medium heat and set aside
2. Combine all dry (Whey + Splenda + Baking Powder) In a small bowl
3. Add Almond milk and mix till batter is formed
4. Coat Skillet with Cooking spray and drop batter onto skillet and allow to cook for 1 minute until bubbles (sign to flip)
5. Flip Pancake, allow to cook for another minute and transfer to a plate
6. Add Walden Farm Syrup, Cinnamon, and Fat Free Cool Whip (if desired) and enjoy!

Pancake with No Cool Whip:
Calories ~ 125
Protein ~ 25g
Carbs ~ 5g
Fat ~ 1g
Pancake with Cool Whip Added:

Cellucor Red Velvet Patriotic Brownie

Recipe
Dry:
45g Complete Pancake Mix (~1 Serving)
34g Cor Performance Whey Red Velvet Flavor (1 Scoop)
3g Splenda (Dash)
3g Baking Powder (Dash)
Salt (Dash)
8g SF/FF Pudding Mix (Vanilla)
Wet:
1 Whole Egg
50g Yogurt (3 Tablespoons)
Topping/Filling:
50g Blueberries (3oz)
100g Yogurt (Rest of Container)
Directions
Combine all Dry ingredients into a mixing bowl (Whey, Splenda, Baking Powder, SF/FF Pudding Mix, Salt, and Pancake Mix)
Combine the Yogurt + Whole egg into the dry, and mix with a spoon/whisk to form brownie batter for recipe.
Coat a square Tupperware container with cooking spray and transfer batter from mixing bowl to Tupperware. Microwave on a medium power for 3-3.5 Minutes
When Brownie is finished, use a fork to poke the sides, get underneath the finished product, and transfer to a plate. Here is where you will top with the rest of the Greek yogurt (not used in the baking process), and blueberries.
Enjoy the Red, White, and Blue Protein Creation!
